Account Creation & Security

Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact 960 customer support.

Identity Verification

Before your first withdrawal is processed, 960 may require you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. This includes uploading a valid copy of your identification card or passport. The process is done once and is designed to protect the security of your account.

Closed or Suspended Account Policy

960 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be in breach of these terms, or involved in fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity. In the case of a legitimate closure, any recoverable account balance will be returned in accordance with 960's internal procedures once the investigation is complete.

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

All 960 users are required to use the platform responsibly and comply with all applicable rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary measures, including account closure without refund:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
  • Registering multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits or to fraudulently claim bonuses more than once.
  • Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it for any purpose.
  • Using the platform for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
  • Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others through any part of the platform.

960 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 960 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go, and major Malaysian online banking services such as Maybank and CIMB.

960 is not responsible for any delays, failures, or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and current. Deposits made incorrectly due to inaccurate information cannot be refunded once processed.

Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account registered in the same name as the 960 account holder. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the chosen payment method. Users are encouraged to check current limits in their account dashboard.

Any attempt to commit transaction fraud will be thoroughly investigated, and 960 reserves the right to freeze the account balance during the investigation. 960 also reserves the right to decline or cancel any transaction suspected of violating anti-money laundering laws.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
